I'm Kirsten, the artist and owner behind Modern Twist Macramé and co-owner of Gather on Hopmeadow. I got my start in macramé when I was a teenager making bracelets, necklaces and belts. I made my first large wall hanging during nap time for my 2 small children. Fast forward to now, my kids are in school and I spend my days feeding my artistic soul. I absolutely love making all sorts of wall art, plant hangers and small accessories.
When I'm not spending my time doing macrame and running the shop, you can find me on my yoga mat, hiking with my family and dog, or simply binge-watching the latest series on tv.
